Registration for the 2026 Season

Riverside FC offers age groups from U6 to U17, including Ladies (Junior), as well as Seniors (Over 18) and Over 35s.

Step 1: Purchase membership

Please purchase a player membership BEFORE completing the Internal Registration form.

Only Paid players may complete internal registration form.

Step 2: Complete the Riverside FC Internal Registration

Once player membership has been completed and paid, please complete the Riverside FC internal registration form using the link below:

What you'll need to complete Internal online registration form:

When completing the Riverside FC internal registration form using the link below you will need to upload the following documents:

  • Certified copy of the player's Birth Certificate or ID Document.
  • Latest school report (if the player is still in school) - Required by the GDLFA for age verification.
  • Release letter from the previous football club. (Only for players switching clubs)

Step 3: Download GDLFA Registration Forms, print out 2 Copies and fill in the forms

All players must manually complete the official SAFA GDLFA registration forms.

You will need to:

  • Download the correct form. (either Junior GDLFA form or Senior GDLFA form)
  • Print 2 copies and fill in all info on both copies. (in duplicate)
  • 2 Colour Passport sizes photos. (Stapled in the designated area on the form)
  • Official School Stamp to be stamped on both form slightly over each photo. (Do stamp over players face)
  • Submit the completed forms to your coach at training.

Which form do I need?

  • Ages 6-17: Junior GDLFA Form
  • Ages 18 and older: Senior GDLFA Form

Important note for Junior players (U6-U17)

Junior forms require a school stamp on the player photo.

Please ensure:

  • The stamp must overlap the photo
  • The stamp must not cover the player's face

The GDLFA will reject forms that do not meet these requirements.

Final Step: Hand Forms to your coach

Once complete, please hand the forms to your coach at training.

The following forms need to be handed to your coach:

  • 2x GDLFA Registration forms with players photo attached
  • 1x Certified copy of the player's Birth Certificate or ID Document (if this was not uploaded when completing the internal registration form)
  • 1x Latest school report (if this was not uploaded when completing the internal registration form)
  • Release letter from the previous football club (if applicable) - (if this was not uploaded when completing the internal registration form)
  • Proof of payment (if this was not uploaded when completing the internal registration form)
